FFF privacy policy details how your data is used when you access our websites and services, and to state that FFF will only use your information for the purpose of fulfilling your membership application, order and placement of chapter and coordinator. We do not sell your information to a third party. You will be the one to apply for loans or grants by yourself
CAUTION: FFF do not send representatives, associates or coordinators to conduct door to door visitations, spam calls or televisitations, please do not disclose your information to anyone posing as FFF representative, all transactions, programs and fellowship are mostly virtual on the organization’s social media handles, zoom or slack community app.
Protecting your privacy
FFF takes precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of data about you.
FFF respects your personal choices and preferences, no favoritism policy. We do not project one member’s need, or a partner’s product over another. No racial discrimination policy.
FFF does not send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes or for political campaign purposes, if you receive such emails please treat with caution and report to your coordinator.
Data may be used to provide/improve our services and/or to combat fraud/abuse:
All Credit card data are securely encrypted and payment transmitted via a security protocol (e.g. SSL).
Data you submit or provide (e.g. name, location, email, phone, photos, IDs) We retain data as needed for our proper identification as required by law for authentication.
FFF makes all necessary effort in good faith to securely retain members personal info, but can make no 100% guarantees against data breach in our host platforms.
Circumstances in which we may disclose user data:
with your consent (e.g. if you authorize us to share data partners for a group discount deal, flight or hotel or cruise tickets deal).
FFF may share your data in compliance with internal audits. any legal government agencies investigations, court orders.
FFF will disclose data for anti-fraud reasons where a member is being suspected of fraud/scam, and if sharing such data will protect our integrity, safety of the public and transparency of sponsors and partners.
By accessing FFF website and providing us your data, you agree we may use and disclose data we collect as described here or as communicated to you, transmit it outside your resident jurisdiction, and store it on servers in the country chapters you applied.
